I just received a negative feedback from a customer regarding order #702-8583189-2722634, which I refunded that order promptly, but that isn't the issue she has with leaving me negative feedback.

The negative feedback from this customer is based on her saying, that after I refunded her original order (because she says she didn't receive it), she says that she ordered a another one from me, and she still hasn't received it, which is why she left the negative feedback. BUT THIS CUSTOMER NEVER DID ORDER ANOTHER ONE FROM ME!!!!!!

If she ordered a second item and is still waiting for it, she didn't order it from me. I tried to get the feedback removed but Amazon says that it doesn't go against their guidelines, but does lying about an order go against Amazon's guidelines?????

1.) Local Buyer purchases an item and then requests on Amazon messaging system that our company needs to deliver to her directly since she needed an appointment and calls ahead before delivery happen as UPS/Purolator doesn't do that

2.) Customer received it and open return request for " Incompatible or not useful", we approve it within a few hours

3.) Customer then changes her request to "Package did not Arrive" under A-Z after not returning it, even after admitting repeatedly that she received the item was too big and needed to return it

5.) She never returned the item and after receiving the refund on the first order, customer BUYS the item again on a new order 702-3585398-6016207

Customer now got a free $1355 and its coming back again for more

As the title says, I have a buyer who’s been messaging me tons of times before the estimated delivery date, claiming she didn’t receive her order, saying we changed the delivery date, and accusing me of scamming her.

I decided to fully refund her order—even without a return—because it wasn’t a huge amount and I wanted to prevent a negative feedback. Sadly, she still left a very upset negative review afterwards, accusing me of not responding and calling me a scammer (even though she got a full refund and is keeping the product for free).

Now, after being refunded, she’s asking Customer Service for a replacement on top of that! I feel I’ve done more than what’s reasonable, and it seems the buyer is being unfair—possibly acting in bad faith.

Could a moderator please look into removing this feedback? I truly appreciate any help or advice you can offer.
