Hello there
I received an email that my account violated Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement, I have no idea how to fix this situation, amazon has disabled my account, I made an appointment for a video call, but it asks me for invoices from 3 different asis, I lost the invoice of one of them and I do not have it, I am afraid that my account will be closed, how can I fix this situation?

You'll have to follow the instructions given to you in the performance notification and the video call.
You should be able to call up your sales rep from your wholesaler and they can reprint it or email it to you.

As noted you experienced an issue with our section 3 policy surrounding the authenticity of 3 specific ASIN. You mentioned that you do not have the invoices or documentation for one of the ASIN mentioned.
As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, you should be able to contact your supplier to obtain this document as it will be required. Each of the ASIN will require invoices that meet our requirements. Where did you source these from, were they sourced from an authorized distributor? Do the other invoices meet the requirements mentioned?
