im facing issues with my account where I cannot upgrade to a seller account. My account has been frozen loading when I try to upgrade my account. My account has not had any movement or fix of this problem in over 3 months now... Im shocked that nobody from amazon has yet to help this situation. This might be better to delete this account and make a new one. It would be nice to get a supervisor or a corporate telephone number.

I Am facing an issue which I cannot upgrade my account to a professional account. I downgraded originally when I didn’t know how to use Amazon and did not want to spend money until I learned the platform. Now my account has a glitch on it and I cannot upgrade. Agents have not been helpful at all and say the same thing every time I call , it’s now going on 1 month. Any help or advice?

Hey just for reference I was on professional plan in April and downgraded in June and now I want to upgrade again to proffesional but I keep getting an error message everytime I click on the gear icon and I click account info then I click selling on amazon and switch to professinal it says changes have been submitted then I get the error message

I speak to representatives and they tell me they will transfer my case to an internal department then the internal department tell me they can't help with my issue as I don’t have any verification needed and my account is already verified and no one is helping with anything...
