My account inactive from not being active, I updated my Credit Card and still showing inactive. Please help.

Why are all of the credit cards on my seller account marked as invalid? I cannot reactivate my suddenly inactivated account because all of the credit cards are said to be inactive. Can't even contact support- it just loops back to 'reactivate account'

This is the second time I've received an inactive account notification, although I activated my account only a few months ago and listed an item under a month ago. What is the issue? Both credit cards on the account were valid, and and I updated them in case but my account is still showing in active. Please assist.
