Read onlyMy account is deactivated due to linked account. But the account which is linked not belong to me or I have no idea. I just want to reactivate my original account. I have contacted multiple times but no proper solution is suggested. Kindly help me resolve my issue.
The proper solution Amazon suggested you is to find the owner of this accunt and to ask him to fix this account. There is no other or better solution.
Maybe you attempted to create a seller account years ago? Maybe someone of your friends or family?
Maybe did your hire a VA and one of his customer's account is suspended?
Maybe you logged in your seller account using a wifi used by another seller?
YOU have to identify this related account. You have no idea? You can not sell on Amazon.
