Amazon Rejects All My Invoices — Even From the Official Manufacturer!
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Amazon is rejecting invoices even when they are directly from the manufacturer, and the product packaging clearly shows the manufacturer’s name. It seems like the rejections are automatic without manual review.
What can sellers do in this situation? How are we supposed to prove authenticity if even manufacturer invoices aren’t accepted?
Would appreciate any insights or similar experiences.

Did you open a WHOLESALE account by giving them your business license and tax exempt number OR did you buy from their public facing website where anyone can purchase?

Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. In most situations, a direct invoice from the manufacturer is required.
A letter of authorization (LOA) can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.

Amazon adjusted their algorithm and Ai bot that checks for approvals. No one is getting approved anymore, we along with hundreds if not thousdands of sellers have been re-gated with immediate rejection of qualified invoices. If there is a dollar sign $ in front of the brand than it is pretty much hard gated unless you have an account rep who can forward your invoices for manual review and even then its a 50/50 chance to get ungated again.
Amazon is moving away from 3P sellers and middle men, the business model has changed and they are only dealing manufacturer direct. We have put our efforts to other marketplaces and it has been well, wish we did it long ago. No more daily Amazon non-sense. Best of luck.

You not only need an invoice, you need authorization to sell as NEW on Amazon from the MFG. Nike is a good example.
