Read onlyI recently have had two orders refund at first scan for orders that were $100 or over. Previous months those amount totals were never refund at first scan. Why all the sudden is amazon allowing this? $100 was the base, after tax order was $107, on both orders. I thought 100$ was the threshold that was not to be refund at first scan?
Us too! We just came to the forums looking for answers, both orders Amazon refunded today were over $100.
Yeah this is new and I am not about it. A big reasons I am doing FBM is to avoid automatic refunds on bigger orders. If you find anything out let me know and i`ll do the same.
Same here. I've been in an argument with the worthless chat and phone support. It sounds like a new policy and you have to dispute the return if there is a problem when it gets back with Amazon and not the customer. Amazon lets people return boxes of rocks and just gives them money back.
I attempted to email support, and they were useless, saying there was no such policy of orders over 100$ not being refund at first scan and basically every order customer states its defective they can refund at first scan, absolutely wild.
