INACTIVE LISTING ISSUE

New seller here, all my listings are inactive. When I go to 'FIX YOUR PRODUCT' , the only issue it gives me is

'You have no active quantity. Click Restock to create a new shipment. So when I click on 'RESTOCK', it it says ' You have not submitted any SKUs. Please return to your inventory list and select some SKUs before submitting. ?????

ALSO, The shipments aren't completed yet . That might be the issue?

VERY CONFUSED

Forgot to mention that all the product of these listings is shipped to FBA already. So I don't need to ship anything. Is it because the product isn't checked in to the FBA yet? Or there is some other issue?

When you go in your "Manage Inventory", what do you see there if clicking "Amazon" under "Fulfilled by"?

Selling on Amazon is VERY difficult. Take 4-5 weeks to learn and click following link. Your question shows that you have no idea and that your seller account and your money is in big danger.

Hello @Seller_oCTrpBeH1DkRZ- and thank you for posting here in our New Seller Community.

The question asked by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAChere is a good one (as is the recommendation to go through Seller University if you haven't yet):

I'll also help share some resources that prove useful including instructions on relisting inactive listings, listing products for Fulfillment by Amazon, and this Seller University video on fixing inactive or suppressed listings.

I hope this information helps, but if further support is needed, please do create a case with our seller support team for listing specific guidance!

Thanks much,

Danny
