I went to do Safe-T claims today and the page/process looks like it has changed significantly. I am trying to do a claim for return shipping cost but it is requiring me to upload photos of the return. We only take photos if the item is damaged or the wrong item. Why would we need to submit photos if it is a return shipping charge issue? Is there a secret to skipping this step?
I tried to do one for a damaged item and can't attach any images. I get "Unsupported file was attached" but it is a .jpg which is one of the allowed file types. It seems like perhaps this update was rolled out prematurely.
Edit: My issue, which has never been an issue before, was the capitalization of JPG.......
