I have received 3 separate negative feedbacks related to delivery affecting my ODR and featured offers rate.

All these packages were delivered within the delivery window by UPS, but the customer still left a negative review expecting the package to arrive on the first day of the delivery window.

Can't seem to get any help from anyone at Amazon to address these reviews. It clearly states that if the review is related to delivery, they will strick through it. I sent several emails, I don't think they are even reading my emails before responding with unrelated information.

If anyone from the Amazon support team sees this and can help address the issue, please contact me.

Why do they do this to! Does anyone els run into this issue? I run a small business and take great care in personally packing and securing everything I ship to Amazon FBA, knowing how unreliable their receiving department and customer service can be. I am 1000% certain of what I packed and sent. Despite this, they asked me to submit proof of purchase and other unrelated documents that have nothing to do with the shipping process as part of their investigation. This is absolutely insane. I checked the UPS tracking number and have proof of delivery, including a shipping ID that confirms it was delivered. Yet, my case is closed with everything I sent marked as MISSING or DISCREPANT. My entire inventory is gone!

Not sure if something happened that caused major delays on August 18th 2024 deliveries

Our delivery to warehouse YOW3 was scheduled at 9:00am

Driver arrived at 8:45 am and was there until 3:25 pm

this delay costs us a lot of extra fees

We ship from California and we do not have access to ship via Amazon approved carriers

did anyone else had a problem on this date at this warehouse ?
