Hello,

We had review at our product that claims it is expired. The problem is buyer though the production date is expiry date and left a review that the product is expired. Since the review amazon took all products to investigate and later approved the products are not expired and the listing was active again.

I tried to remove the review but got no reply and today amazon begun another investigation based on the same review that was published before.

The review is giving false negative rating and false information.

Question to mods;

Is there anything I can do to remove the false review and finish these investigations that are popping up suddenly?

Wasn't sure what to expect from this serum but I knew it was a no no since the moment I saw the expiration date, 07/2024? Really? I don't think that is the manufacture date since no products include that, at least not the way it is displayed here. I won't even try it since it can be bad for skin.Ingredients don't look too bad, it has parfum which is not good for skin and is one of the ingredients I avoid for my face. I don't know if the whole lot has the same expiration date or just a few, but I won't recommend this product at all.
