I’m facing an issue with my Amazon seller account and need some guidance. My account has been handed limited access due to a negative balance. I have already surrendered all my FBA inventory and applied to close the account. However, I’m being asked to pay the negative balance before I can proceed with the closure.
I tried downgrading my account to an individual seller account months back , but I’m not sure if that has happened yet. Meanwhile, the negative balance seems to be increasing month by month. I can’t even check why this is happening because I don’t have the option to view any details, and every time I click on a page, it redirects me to the payment page.
I am unable to contact Amazon support directly through my account and would appreciate it if anyone here could assist me or provide an email address where I can get the help I need.
Additionally, I received an email in September stating, "Your Amazon Seller Account has been Blocked – Action Required" for the USA account, and another similar notification in December for the Canada account. I'm not sure what is happening in the background and need to understand what further consequences may occur. I don’t plan to sell on Amazon anymore due to huge losses, so I just want to know if I should expect any further attempts to reactivate the account or if I can safely stop all actions. If not, I would like a clear picture of what is happening with my account.

I've reviewed your account and it looks like you have a balance debt of $1,167.58 to repay back for FBA Inventory Storage and Removal fees which have accrued over the last few months.
Those fees can be reviewed in the Transaction View page tab under Payments. In order to close your account all charges need to be paid first.
