Due to the recent price increases Amazon seems to be giving our used offers the Featured offer/Buy box. We are running about a 90% return rate on these as customers are not aware they are used. It has happened 6-8 times in past month and the items tend to be heavy so return and outbound shipping are 50% of sales price. Obviously, we can not continue selling used items on the platform unless Amazon changes something.

Mods - Is there any discussion about changing featured offer? We know the customer is always right and priority. If these customers are disappointed and returning items in high volume despite us listing accurately it would be great if Amazon either has a solution or stops featuring used as buy box. We could reactivate our renewed account, but I would rather not at this time for the minimal volume.
