We had a video call, and our invoices were approved, but the account health rating continues to drop, and my small business is suffering. I need help with this issue.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent concerns that you have had with your account health rating. I understand that you had issues on the account that have since been resolved, but have noticed that the account health rating continues to drop.
The rating will naturally fluctuate as it calculates based off the previous 180 days of fulfilled orders. If you see an influx of orders, then you would see the rating go up, but once those orders are no longer within the previous 180 days, the metric will drop the points that had been associated.
