Our account was suspended under the pretext that 2 of our ASINs B0B8JV5T8N and B07H42SZ13 were restricted. We appealed with our lawyer and proved with all the details that the ASINs B0B8JV5T8N and B07H42SZ13 in question were not restricted. When Amazon couldn't respond to our solid evidence, they then attributed the suspended to a vague reason, stating: 'The 2 ASINs in question were not listed according to our rules.' They asked us to provide a defense regarding this. However, the ASINs have been active for years, and we simply added the existing listings by copying them. It's as if the authorities are mocking us. We need your help. Afterwards, we explained the authorities' mistake with evidence, but our appeals were rejected within hours without being read. We are currently distressed by the arbitrary behavior of the authorities.

Hello @Seller_8lToRshcy32it,
Thanks for using the Forums to get in touch with us. I understand you are frustrated and confused as to the violation on your account.
Thank you for providing the ASIN's. With this information, and help from an internal team, I have better ability to research your specific situation.
I will try and guide you in understanding the actual issue. After a deep review, I would like to direct you to the Performance Notification from June 21, 2023 titled: Your Amazon.com Seller Account. This was the first warning for ASIN: B07H42SZ13. It tells you exactly why it was flagged as restricted: "As we discussed, you have listed items evasively and it's being considered a violation of Amazon’s Restricted Product Policy - The listing "Finish In-Wash Dishwasher Cleaner" in tablet detergent form but customers received the powder version instead. "
Also review the Performance Notification from April 8, 2024 titled: Your Amazon.com selling account. This is for these two ASIN's again with the same issue.
When you decide to list under an existing ASIN, the product you ship to your buyer needs to match the ASIN exactly. If a buyer wants the tablet form of the product but you deliver to them a different form, such as powder, this is the exact concern.
Please review: Restricted products and Address a Restricted Products policy violation
I can understand it may be confusing to have the violation show up as "Restricted". Please review again the Performance Notification from June 21, 2023. This explains why these ASIN's are being listed as Restricted.
The appeal path forward in cases such as this, would be to dispute this did not happen. You would need to show the correct product was shipped to all buyers purchasing these ASIN's.
While I know this may not be the outcome you hoped for, I wanted to provide a clear explanation of the situation and the specific steps needed to reactivate your store.
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums. The Forums and I are here to support you.
