AWD RECEIVING DELAYS
I have shipped a couple of cartons from my 3pl to AWD, some cartons have been processed whilst the others have not. They were received at AWD 30th Aug with proof of delivery. This seems like a really long time....can anyone shed some light? I have contacyed seller support numerous times, and I keep on receiving random responses that make no sense or tell me the stand by. Im getting nowhere

Which location did you send to? Was it via LCL or small parcel?
It looks like a big requirement is putting a full size a4 label on the box. Did you do this or modify the size of the label?
