Endless Loop of Identity and supply chain document verification
I received the identity verification and supply chain documents notification on the 11th of March, 2024. I completed the identity verification as per the schedule on the 18th of March and submitted the supply chain documents, which were missing and it was mentioned in the notificatio, we will respond within 5 business days
- Initial order confirmation and then revised order confirmation, payment of which agrees with bank statement
- Invoice from the authorized distributor (amount as per invoice not matching with order confirmation as 1 item dropped at the time of delivery and the amount is credited with supplier in my account.
- Delivery note of the distributor to prep centre for labelling services
- Prep centre invoice and its payment details
- Brand authorisation letter
I have submitted all these documents. By the 22nd of March, I received notification that the review is currently ongoing and will respond up to 3 business days. No response until 28th March when I followed up, and the same message: Wait for the next up to 3 business days and then 3rd April, again for the next up to 3 business days.
I have funds withheld by Amazon and paid suppliers in advance for the orders and those are on hold.
I don't know what to do. Please if anyone has faced the same issue and can advise, I would greatly appreciate it.

As you mentioned having completed the request to provide these documents, you have as of now, not received a proper response on the situation. I have thus reached out to the appropriate team to review the situation further. Once I have heard back from this team I will follow up with you here.
