Recently, several unauthorized Chinese sellers started selling my brand product under same ASIN but with much cheaper rate. I have never given permission to this seller to be able to sell any of my Product, ASINs, or Brand. This implies that they are selling counterfeit products at much cheaper rates.

The Report a Violation Tool (https://brandregistry.amazon.com/brand/report-a-violation), Account Health Dashboard Report Abuse Tool (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/index.html), and Infringement Tool (https://www.amazon.com/report/infringement) are all NOT useful for this situation since the unauthorized sellers are selling a product under my product listing, using the SAME ASIN, as a second offer or multiple offers. It is impossible for me to compete with them by lowering prices. I am very worried that their tactics gonna cost me and my brand as they are producing counterfeit products.

Hence, I need a solution urgently, but so far Amazon Help is unable to offer any support.

I am the manufacturer of the items I sell and I have a trademark for my brand. Amazon is not accepting my brand registration for some reason, waited over a year for this.

Is there any other way to stop taking most of the sales by the cheaper Chinese-made product that has been selling under my listing? I have ordered the copy, it's made in China and has no

label or instructions with it. My listing says that the product is made in Europe. That's a feature. Chinese seller's copy is clearly labeled as made in China. So its not the same thing?

Can I do something ASAP? Or just have to fight another year to get my already fully registred trademark approved?
