Hello, I currently have my brand enrolled in brand registetry with a pending trademark. Another seller started to offer my product on my listing and i know he can't have these items.

I tried to submit a violation through the brand registry with my trademark as a counterfeit violation. I am being told "Not Valid For Reporting Counterfeit"

My trademark is still in the pending stage, does this matter?

is there anything i can do to remove this seller with my trademark still pending?

i have ordered 1 unit from them to confirm it is counterfeit.

I have a pending trademark with USPTO which was applied on 04/14/2024. When i try to enroll my brand in Amazon Brand registry I get a message " The trademark number you have entered cannot be found in the trademark office selected. If your trademark application was recently submitted, please take into consideration that it may require up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected and the synchronization with the Amazon system to be completed. Wait for the established time and create a new application.". It's been 10 days and amazon is unable to verify my USPTO Serial No.

Brand registry does not have any chat support or phone support. Any suggestions and advice will be helpful.

What is the right way to get listing hijackers removed through Brand Registry if i am already registered on Brand Registry but the Trademark is pending?
