Read onlyLast night at some point our entire total balance has moved into deferred.
I understand the delays on transaction becoming available for payout due to DD+7 etc. This is not that as the next 2 week payout is showing a negative balance as well.
Sales proceeds are not even showing up into the respective field under the balances page.
We rely on daily payouts to continue funding inventory, employees, etc.
There are other commenters making note of this same issue.
Some insight from a mod would be great, seller support has just referred us to the "deferred payments" help page and reiterated what we are already aware of.
AMAZON DOING TOO MUCH WITH THIS NEW PAYOUT. I MOST DEFINITELY RELY ON MY PAYOUTS. AND NOW I HAVE A NEGATIVE BALANCE AND AMAZON WANT ME TO PAY IT.
The same is happening to me, something is definitely off. I reached out to Seller Support and that went as expected...nowhere.

Amazon customer service (by phone) deflected to "Payouts Department" who apparently only communicates by email.
Can MOD step in here and shed some light? Seems like an urgent matter for all of us. Personally, we've been unable to disburse for 3 days, so waiting around another 24hrs (for own cash flow) is not exactly desirable.
SAME THIS IS ABSURD! They arent even trying to hide the fact they are stealing our money at this point. its sad. something needs to change across the board.
Amazon goes downhill every year for the worse.
You have to get a person online, and basically force them to put in a case # for it. This happened to us yesterday, and I refused to end the call until I was satisfied with the answer. I was on the phone for 2 hours with them. I told them I was not the only other person dealing with this, that people have posted on the seller forum, that for 10 years we get paid out every 2 weeks, and this hold up was not our fault but a system issue they are having. This morning all of our money was released to us.

CR here and wanted to hop in here. While I don't have much more to share outside of what was released in this news article, and the likely policy page that support has provided for you, I still want to see if I can see if we can get you additional details.
It sounds like from the above that it worked itself out, but may still be an issues on your end. Would you mind sharing the most recent case #'s you have opened with Seller Support on this? I'd be happy to take a deeper look there and see if we have any further paths to get you more information here.
