I was active and selling well, this occurred suddenly, for no reason that I can see.
I'm FBM, with Case # 16740688021 that was unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I'm in Handmade, and ASIN B06XS8LMR6 is an example of just one of my products that are "Currently Unavailable." Thank you.
This is my first time posting in the Forum, I'm wondering if my post can even be seen since I haven't received a response (21 hrs), nor could I find it in the many posts. Could somebody respond to let me know if my post is being seen?
I'm showing Active with inventory in Seller Central, but my listings are "Currently Unavailable" when customers try to buy. I tried to get help through support in Investigating Inactive and Blocked Listings, but the response was that the listing is Active and Buyable.
Again, this happened suddenly, and my account has a very healthy rating. Early on, I spoke with support, who said there was no blocking or suspension on my account. They escalated Case 16621696511 but the problem still needs to be solved.
