Urgent Request for Review and Removal of Negative Feedback Due to Canada Post Strike Impact

I am a dedicated seller on the Amazon platform, committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We strive to ensure that every customer has a positive shopping experience with us. However, recently, we have encountered an unforeseen and uncontrollable challenge due to the Canada Post strike, which has adversely affected our business and customer feedback.

Specifically, the Canada Post strike has resulted in significant delays in the delivery of multiple packages. Although we promptly explained the situation to affected customers and provided as much assistance as possible, we still received negative feedback for two orders (Case ID: 17032639591 and Case ID: 17002711961). These negative reviews primarily reflect delivery delays rather than issues with our product quality or service attitude. We understand that such negative evaluations caused by external force majeure factors not only impact our product evaluation system unfairly but also seriously damage our brand reputation and product strength.
