I hope my experience provides perspective.

An Amazon seller who sells socks but with extremely popular brands like Marvel and Nickelodeon, naturally, has a bunch of licensing agreements. This Amazon Seller got hit with 40 IP violations overnight.

They take a while to do anything so it took them 2 weeks to send over their licensing agreements to remove the violations. Every violation was removed and everything resumed as normal.

2 weeks later, they got hit with 21 IP violations overnight. This time, Amazon suspended their account the very next day. They ended up submitting the licensing agreements and their account was reinstated but their account went through 2 weeks of dormancy. Their account health score was heavily impacted until their account was fully reinstated. It went back to normal.
