Is it possible for someone to sell the exact same product that you have bought and private labeled from the same supplier as you but under a different private label brand name?
i.e exact product private labeled by two amazon sellers.
It is hard to believe that just changing the names makes this legit and okay under TOS.
It is more complex than just changing the name, there are hoops to jump through but it is legit and commonplace.
Almost all of the sellers lose out selling such products.
Amazon does it. They find high selling common products. Contact the manufacturer (probably sourced from the invoice they required the prior seller to submit), have the mfg change the label, and slap an AMAZON BASIC brand on it.
