I shipped a package using Amazon buy shipping on time and I received a "where's my package" request. Upon checking tracking, this is what I found"
"We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 9:37 am on September 12, 2024 in BATON ROUGE, LA 70816. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed."
I have never had something like this come up in my 5 1/2 years of selling on Amazon. Is proper protocol to refund or tell customer to file A to Z. I typically ask customers to file A to Z, but this package does not appear to have been delivered nor has it been returned to me.
