Product Authenticity Complaint- my invoice rejected

Hi, can anyone help me? My account has been suspended due to product authenticity, even though my listing has been inactive for over 4 months. I had only 100 units of the product, all of which were sold. My account performance has been good with no returns or negative reviews. I bought this product from a Chinese company. It's a simple kitchen tool, so I don't understand why someone would make a fake version of it. I've sent my invoice, but it was rejected. Could you please advise me on what I should do? .

Chinese companies are known to make fake versions of things. It was a fatal mistake to buy from this company.

Amazon is not accepting your invoice for one reason or another. When that happens, there is not much you can do to reinstate your account.

It's quite simple; if it's worth making the legitimate version, it's worth it to a counterfeiter to make a fake version. Don't be fooled by "this is too cheap to rip-off".

Were you listing a branded product, when you sourced them did your invoices reference the same brand? Did you confirm with the brand itself or verify that this was an authorized distributor for the product and brand? When you provided your invoices did they meet our invoice requirements? This help page also includes some common reasons for invoice rejection.

Since your invoices have been rejected, did we mentioned anything specific being wrong? Have we requested proof of a valid supply chain, or are they just being rejected with a request for more information?
