NEED SAFE T CLAIM HELP

Buyers are constantly using incorrect (fraudulent) seller faulted return reasons in order to not have to pay return shipping. (We are FBM, do not offer free returns and are forced to participate in Return At First Scan.)

We have been instructed as sellers to file a Safe T Claim in order to recoup these fees but are repeatedly denied. I am so frustrated!! Why is the Safe T Claim department not following Amazon policy and most importantly, what do we do after we have appealed and been denied with no further recourse?

This is the verbiage we have received with explanation of denial:

"You were charged for the costs of the prepaid return label in accordance with the Prepaid Return Label policy.

There is no reimbursement due on this order."
