Read onlyMy Account was deactivated one year back due to linked account with my uncle account as his son has used my laptop to create his account which they got unsuccessful after registration interview and got deactivated. Moving forward they did not got any chance for another identity verification call and hence his account is not getting back. Later they hired someone to get it done and that person told that other account has been closed from amazon system.
After that my account got linked and deactivated which was a branded account with no violations nothing.
I have provided amazon following documents to explain the situation but not getting positive response. I have also tried to help my uncle to get this account back but when i try to login his account it shows me this attached error. I dont know what to do completely blind.
Linkage Reasons:
Same Internet
Same Laptop
Same Address on IDS as we live in a shared space.
Documents Submitted:
Notarised Letter explaining the relationship between other account owner and mine.
My IDs
Bank Statements
I was not aware of all above situation unless my account got deactivated. Because they used my old laptop which was not available to me anymore.
I am not sure how to explain this to Amazon and get my account back I need any experienced moderators to help me out and get me back on track also any help from people is also appreciated.

I can understand how confusing and frustrating it may feel when attempting to reactivate your account due to being related to another account. I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
The first thing I would suggest, is for you NOT to log into your Uncle's account. I truly hope you did not use your computer to do this or use your internet to do this, as you already shared the reason you believe the accounts are currently related.
When you provide the Notarized statement, Amazon is looking for details. You need to provide specifics of how and when you successfully stopped the relationship from continuing. This could be very difficult if you share space with your Uncle.
You must identify ALL the ways you are connected and break all those connections. That appeals team will be able to verify if those connections are correctly stopped.
