Amazon Design Patent - refusal to remove exact replicas, seeking advice
Hello everyone! I have been having some challenges with Amazon IP support. There are many exact replicas of my product that i have reported multiple times and somehow they survive the gauntlet of "report a violation"
I would very much like to avoid having to go after these sellers in court. If amazon would kindly enforce my patent? This is beyond frustrating ... I'm losing so much money..
