The money deposited into my account was withdrawn from my credit card

Hello friends, I withdrew funds from Amazon to my Payoneer account. However, Amazon collected all the funds from my credit card after 2 weeks. The money is in reserve and the net income is 0. Has anyone experienced something like this?
