SELLER WALLET - money stuck

I used seller wallet for the first time today money went to it fine, problem is I can't transfer it out to my bank account it fails everytime.

I now cannot get my money out of seller wallet.

HELP!

My name is CR and I want to see if we can get you some more information here.

It sounds like you may need to set Seller Wallet as your default deposit method. To do this follow the below steps:

  • Navigate to Seller Central
  • Click on the gear icon in the top right and select Account Info
  • From here click on Deposit Methods
  • Update default deposit method to Seller Wallet

Once complete, you should be able to initiate a transfer.

Please let me know if this worked for you. I will hang tight here for your reply.

it’s early stage and buggy sellers beware! My money hasn’t even reached my seller wallet says its going to some unknown account ending in a 3 digit number! and Seller Central have no idea about Seller Wallet or how to assist with payment enquiries! I was under the impression funds were available immediately on disbursement but now it says will take 3-5 days and to some unknown account I never authorised!

This also happened to me more than a month ago.

After activating the seller wallet, my payment disappeared. It was not transferred to the seller wallet or to my registered bank account. The case is still ongoing and I am still waiting for the outcome.

I am grateful to the Customer Representative @CR_Amazon who is willing to help me continue monitoring this case.
