Read onlyHello everyone,
I’m in desperate need of advice. On November 25, I discovered that my Amazon Brand Registry had been revoked. After investigating, I found out my USPTO trademark ownership had been transferred to a competitor on November 16. This competitor has been selling an identical product to mine for the past six months. Now, they’ve managed to transfer my trademark ownership to themselves. The trademark details, including the name and address, now exactly match their Amazon seller profile.
This competitor faked my signature and submitted a ownership change to the USPTO this 6 June. without my authorization. Now, register my brand under their amazon account, gate me out of my own listings, and filing IP claims against me, accusing me of selling counterfeit products.
We spending years to gaining review and hard work, now all my years of hard work are being stolen. I feel helpless, but I am trying to see what I can do.
People tell me anyone can submit a consent letter to USPTO to do a brand ownership change, as long as it has signature . Is it true?
That has nothing to do with Amazon. Consult an IP attorney.
It's YOUR task to contact the USPTO and ask this.
Hi there @Seller_CRyqRIrxJVwHm
I tried to track down your initial application for Brand Registry but can't see any application associated with your account. If you have a case number for the application or for Seller Support to look into this, please send me that!
