You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours

but my credit card on file is valid?

I am a new seller on Amazon. I will list a product that has already been listed by someone else. I want to add a variation of the existing product; the owner is not me.

Firstly, can I add a new variation for someone else's already listed product?

Secondly, can I edit the title, description, and bullet points for this already-listed product? I believe I can create a better product.

I am getting ready to add a new product to marketed and shipped by Amazon. Should I sent the product to Amazon's warehouse first, then when they receive it, add it as a new product?

If so, how will they know what to do with the shipment if I have not already set up an account #?
