How to ask Amazon to remove bad reviews from fake sellers?
I had some sellers from China hijack my ASINs and they were selling really bad products, missing parts - And my ASINs were rated very poorly (before, all the reviews were 5*).
I reported them through Amazon Brand Registry and Amazon accepted, Amazon removed the listings of those Sellers. However, I can't get Amazon to remove the bad reviews (I used the Report abuse of Amazon policies tool) and provided Amazon with evidence to prove that the reviews were not from the products I sell but Amazon did not accept.
How to remove bad reviews from those fake sellers? They are killing my business
Best regards

Hello @Seller_TiTAUbxQB0qX8- thanks for looking to forums for some insight on this topic, and I apologize the team here can't provide urgent support as we try to get to as many threads as we can! Remember: you can start a new case with our seller support team at any time by clicking the 'Help' button in the top right view of Seller Central for any time sensitive issues.
Anytime you see a review that you believes departs from our Community Guidelines, using the report abuse pathway is the correct method for reporting it to our teams for investigation. To report possible violations of our policies, you may also send an email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines. While our team may not respond to all submissions, know that all will be reviewed for appropriate action.
