'Your account is at risk of deactivation" LSR
I had been selling FBA only, but just started FBM. I confirmed the shipment on 3 orders late which inflated the late shipment rate to 20% (3/15 orders) and then I got an “account at risk of deactivation” warning. I don’t want to self fulfill anymore at this time, but my question is do I first need to confirm shipment on time for some more orders so that percentage starts to decrease in that 10-day and 30-day window or can I just stop now? What has me worried is that Amazon would deactivate my account because the LSR percentage is going to keep going up in those windows if I stop now with my last 3/4 orders having late shipment confirmations.
Also, does that “account at risk of deactivation” warning mean FBM only or the entire selling account including FBA?
Thank you.

go into your inventory page and check your handling time if it is 1 day you may get many late shipping notices i would suggest you change to 4 days so you have time to process an order. if an order comes in say 2:30 P.M. and you are set for 1 day and your pick-up time is 2:30 P.M. then that order is automatically late shipped

Hello @hortc,
Cat from Amazon here to answer some of your questions.
You are right about the amount of orders affecting your metrics. With a low volume of orders, only a few late shipments can throw your late shipment rate (lsr) out of whack. As the late shipment rate runs on 10 and 30-day cycles, your lsr will likely go up before it goes back down, but it will go back down even if you do not have any more FBM orders. After 30 days, it should be back to zero.
You stated you got an “at risk of deactivation” warning. Was this in a performance notification or just the banner across the Account Heath page? If it is a banner without an appeal button, you do not have to provide a plan of action, and it is just a warning so you get your account back in order. If you get a banner with an appeal button and a performance notification, that is when you would have to provide a plan of action.
When your account is deactivated for a high late shipment rate, it can be either a full account deactivation or it can be deactivating your seller-fulfilled listings only. Still, I do believe that as long as you do not have any more late shipment incidents, your account will not be subject to enforcement for high lsr.
