Read onlyI received an email from amazon saying that my request to change from a pro selling account to an individual account had successfully been done. I have been a pro member for 2 years
WE DID NOT MAKE THIS REQUEST. AMAZON HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT OUR CONSENT
AS A RESULT MY LIFE IS BEING RUINED.
- We can't send our December stock into amazon cause they dont allow it on an individual account
- We have lost all our reporting access
- We are being charged $1 per sale instead of the monthly pro membership fee. Which means amazon is stealing thousands and thousands of dollars from us
I keep on getting told the issue has been escalated but if it goes on any longer I will not have time to send our december stock into amazon which will destroy our business.
