USPS Daily Pick Up
How in the world do I get USPS daily pick up? I have 100’s of items a day and they refuse to come pick them up at my business location unless I fill out a form every day saying how many there are/ weights, etc. so I either drive them to the post office and wait in multiple lines with multiple trips, or I pay more and send them UPS.
UPS comes by twice a day and picks up, but my mailman wont even take one package because his truck is full. I have called the post office and they are no help.
How do you guys that have daily pick up get it started?

I get daily pickup without ordering but I have nowhere near your volume.
You can request a pickup for any number of days (online, not by phone).

If you haven’t already, create an account with USPS(.)com. Under their Ship tab, you can select schedule a pickup. From there you can select how far in the future you want it to go. That’s how I started mine, scheduled for a year. Took about 5 minutes.

Find your areas USPS Sales Executive. They can set daily pickups without having to use the form.
We had gone four years in our location and the carriers just know that they need to pickup daily from myself and two other businesses. A new company moved in and contacted the Sales guy. He stopped out to meet them and saw all the mail tubs in our door way. Had us fill out a PS5543.

Last time I checked, you can signup for a free daily pickup at ANY TIME the carrier decides. Or you can pay something around $20 and specify a pickup time. If I had that volume for USPS, I’d specify a time at the end of the day to get as many out the same day as possible.

You request a pick-up after printing your Amazon label.
I do it for every shipment, and they always stop and pick up my packages.
I also registered by home address at USPS, so that they know that I have a home business.

Very easy. Just make account online at USPS website. its free. Or if using shipping partners such as stamps.com or ship station or Endicia, they have option in account to schedule free pick up. You can schedule daily pick up. You can schedule months in advance. You don’t need to put exact number of package to schedule pick up. Just put approximate number. I’m using them from over 10 years. Never had any problem. They offer free pick up, whereas UPS and FedEx have weekly charge for pick up.

We have similar volume to you and all we had to do was call and ask. They’d send a guy in a Ryder truck to pick up from our warehouse every day. They stopped doing it months ago though due to covid, so now we have to take it there ourselves.
