Reinstate my account and disbursement payment

Dear Amazon Seller Central Team,

I am writing to complain about the deactivation of my Amazon seller account and disburse my payment which is stuck or held by your side. My account was deactivated for no apparent reason, and I have been unable to start selling on Amazon since then.

I have contacted Amazon Seller Central support multiple times to inquire about the deactivation of my account, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation. I have been told that my account was deactivated due to a "violation of Amazon's policies", repeat violation and I would like to inform you when we receive any compliant by your side on my dashboard so we have take action immediately and I have delete my all listing of those which is restricted to sell on amazon but you deactivated my account . I assure you this never happen again this is my humble request to you kindly reinstate my account.

I am very frustrated by this situation, as it is causing me significant financial hardship. I am unable to sell any products on Amazon, and I am wasting time every day. AS you can check I am a new seller on this platform.

I am requesting that Amazon Seller Central immediately reinstate my account. or disburse my payment which is much.

Thank You!

There was a reason, and you were told the reason in your suspension notice. But Amazon can be very cryptic at times, so post your ORIGINAL suspension notice (redact personal info), and perhaps someone here can interpret it and give you advice for your next step.

Without more details, no one can help.

I'll also point out that this is a forum of SELLERS. You are not addressing Amazon when you post here. I'll also mention that the New Seller Community is limited to new sellers and about a dozen or so experienced sellers; most who could help you are blocked from responding to posts on this Community, so I would suggest posting your original suspension notice on one of the main boards so that the entire community of sellers can offer help.

We are just other sellers here in the forum.

Amazon will not tell you EXACTLY what you did. But if you copy and paste their first deactivation email here, we can give you an advice. If you see the words "fraudulent and illegal" just forget it. There is no return from that.

On Amazon you have one chance in a lifetime. ONE mistake and the game is over - without previous warning. Each seller is supposed to know the policy and the rules before acting.

You state you deleted all the listings hit with restrictions but did you actually address the violations? Do the violations still show on your Account Health dashboard? If you repeatedly violated the Restricted Products policy, Amazon doesn't look favorable on sellers who violate the same policy over and over.

As others have stated, post the original deactivation notice so others can see the wording Amazon used.

Hello there, my name is CR and am one of the community managers here. Please know that I am not a member of Seller Support and do not have the tools and visibility that they have on their end.

However, it taking a quick look at your account, it appears that your US account is currently active and appears that you have received a disbursement as recent as yesterday, 10/27/2024, from your Disbursements tab under your Payments view.

Please do let me know if I am misunderstanding something here and please know that this forum is for US accounts which is what I was able to look into.
