Read onlyI want to remove all the inventory and close my account but no help from amazon. Can anyone help?
Initiate a removal order for all of your merchandise in Amazon fulfillment centers.
Put your account on vacation so there will not be further charges.
Amazon allows one account per person per lifetime. You never know when you might want to use your Amazon seller account again in the future.
If your account is suspended or blocked in some way by Amazon, none of the above applies.

As you mentioned you were trying to find more guidance on removing your inventory, as mentioned by @Seller_MyXY4Myx9zVcR you will need to initiate a removal order. If you are unfamiliar with this process, I will share our seller central help page on removing inventory. Although I cannot speak to much into the process itself I wanted to provide what available resource I have on the topic.
I also wanted to add some resources to the guidance @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwoffered here. As they mentioned, if you have a professional selling plan and no longer wish to receive subscription fees, you can downgrade your account. Surrounding the guidance they both have provided on using the vacation setting, this will remove your listings that are not managed by amazon. If you have fulfilled by amazon inventory and active listings, they will continue to sell while on vacation. This will only effect your fulfilled by merchant listings.
Surrounding the concerns with closing the account, I can advise you will need to first review our policy on account closures. This policy outlines our requirements including first removing any inventory, must exceed 90 days from the last sale, and most importantly be in an active and healthy status. This implies the account cannot be in a deactivated state for any reason.
