Need help with AWD orders
Our AWD order STAR-XXYXASAPYEF5UX shows deliveried on October 28th, but it wasn't until December 3rd that started receiving 112 boxes, and the rest have not been received yet. This order originally had 585 boxes of goods, and we are unsure if these goods require more time to receive or have already been lost. We are deeply concerned about this and kindly need help.

The receiving process doesn't always occur in full at the same time so there shouldn't be cause for concern based on that alone. That said, I can ask our partners to take a look at this shipment and advise if they see anything different.
