Read onlyI’m a new seller and gladly had one rating in the seller feedback (order ID: 112-3501591-4636224). However it cannot be seen in the retail page.
After certain checks and I got to know that review is blocked due to "Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity on this product. Due to this activity, we have limited this product to verified purchase reviews".
Having a couple of chats with associate, but still not able to get a solution by now.
As a first time seller in Amazon, apart from the Vine reviews, those verified purchase reviews are also very important to my page, especially it is hard to get one from the purchasers in general.
Can someone please look into my account and help...

I reviewed your Case 16691878881. I see we advised you that the internal team who monitors Product Reviews may have detected unusual review behavior. I am linking you to the help page in Seller Central regarding Inappropriate product reviews. Please read through that help page. A common mistake made by new sellers is to ask a family member, employee, or other related person to post a positive product review; or else the internal team picked up something else that led them to suppress the review. The information that the internal team has is not something that I have access to for confidentiality reasons.

I assure you that I did not ask any family members, employees, or associates to post positive product reviews. However, I have joined a community that connects me with two Amazon influencers to promote my items. I'm concerned that this may violate any rules.
I have emailed community support but have not received a response. I hope this is simply a misunderstanding.
