I’m planning to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry (US) using a Benelux-registered trademark.

Can you please confirm:

1. Will I be able to use the Report a Violation tool on Amazon.com with this trademark?

2. Are there any limitations when using a Benelux trademark for enforcement on the US store?

Hey Brand team!

We had submitted some trademark and copyright infringement cases, that we ultimately won after multiple escalations; however, they are still showing as "rejected" in our brand registry infringement dash. Curious if this will have negative impacts on future cases (hopefully there are none); or if there is a path to align these with the final result of the cases confirming the valid infringement?

I just registered a new brand and received a message from Brand Registry Support saying they sent a “verification code” to the trademark correspondent email.

It’s been about 36 hours and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve checked spam/junk folders and confirmed the address is active.

Is there a typical delay for these emails, or could the code be resent? My case ID is 18350646751

Our brand approval for Ard al Zaafaran Trading has been unexpectedly revoked, and several of our listings—most importantly our high-volume ASIN: B0F19G424F—have been deactivated.

We opened the following cases regarding the issue: 18325317661, 18361507911, and 18329743221, but each was rejected with the same generic message: "After looking into your application, we have determined that you are not eligible to sell these products."

We hold a valid Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer clearly stating that we are authorized to resell their products. We've also been selling these items without any issues up until now. Despite submitting the LOA and valid invoices during our appeal, we continue to receive the same vague response with no clear guidance on what may be missing or what further steps we need to take.

This lack of clarity from Seller Support is extremely concerning, especially as we are losing significant daily revenue due to the deactivation of these listings.

We urgently need clarification on the specific reason for the rejection and what additional documentation or steps (if any) are required to reinstate our Selling application and listings.

Case ID 18342981171

I'd like to know what in the purchase contract was missing. This is the rejection response I got:

[we have concluded that the “[Purchase contract]” you provided was missing, incomplete or did not satisfy the requirements to confirm brand association or ownership.]
