We have received negative feedback recently. Both comments are in Spanish and Amazon has refused to remove them. I'm not able to fully understand the last comment. I've contacted seller help by email and phone without help. I've also tried contacting the buyer, but they most likely don't understand my response. If the comment means they didn't receive the item, tracking shows it was delivered. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Please help if you can. Thank you
Thanks for posting about this experience, @Seller_uyxS6ebnr11WO- it is true that there are certain reasons when Amazon can remove or strikethrough seller feedback comments, though the comment being in a different language is not one of these reasons, as we do have customers across the globe.
