The customer returned an empty box, but the carrier’s proof of delivery clearly shows that the package was delivered with the correct weight, confirming the product was intact. Therefore, no refund was issued. The customer left negative feedback, and despite attempting to remove it through the Feedback Manager tool, it was unsuccessful. We shipped the product correctly, the carrier’s proof of delivery confirms this, and we also filed a claim, which proved the customer was dishonest. Despite fulfilling all our responsibilities, scammer buyer abusing return policy and the negative feedback remains. Please take urgent action to remove the negative feedback!!!!!!!!!!

The buyer is scamming the seller, and despite reporting it to Amazon, they have done nothing. It's been two weeks with no action taken this is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!
