Why is your store deactivated? If it's for any sort of IP complaint, then Amazon cannot, BY LAW, ship you your inventory, as that might constitute Trafficking in Counterfeit Goods.

If there are any questions as to authenticity, you MUST resolve those before Amazon can release your inventory.

Hello @Seller_nloF0fYpyATUX,

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.

Why did this happen?

We have taken this measure as we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity.

Due to the nature of the situation you will need to resolve this situation prior to the release of funds and inventory. These types of issues are normally associated to verification and supply chain reviews.

I submitted all the documents required by Amazon, did a video verification with Amazon customer service, but the review failed.

If you completed a video verification and it resulted in a failed review as mentioned, these decisions are typically final. The only path to resolve the issues is to ensure that all documentation provided meets all of our requirements.

The documents requested in these situations are commonly invoices, and a letter of authorization or any products listed in your notices, or if none are listed, any listings or products listed in the account, even if there have been no sales.

You may have also been requested to provide a government issued photo ID including all information, both sides and in color, we will also require a utility bill in the account owners name that meets our standards listed in the seller identity verification help page.

Some situations may also require the submission of a bank statement. As noted above all information needs to reference the account owner exactly including any and all abbreviations on the account and documentation.

I just want my item back now, but I can't create a move out order, the system keeps reporting an error. I have not been complained by anyone in any form of intellectual property rights, so why are they withholding my goods?

Pretty clear that they suspect that you've done something wrong. Read the links that they provided.

As noted by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw, the notice advises on a serious concern with the listings and account thus funds, and inventory will be held until the situation is resolved. If the requested documentation does not meet our expectations or requirements it cannot be accepted, and inventory cannot be released. If you cannot provide the supporting documentation, you may need to request the inventory be disposed of, please keep in mind that this comes at your own expense, but will prevent storage fees while the account is deactivated.

Our video verification failed, but we submitted purchase contracts, product lists, payment records, brand certificates, legal person bank card flow, legal person ID cards, all these evidence as proof of our complaint, but the complaint was rejected. I don't know what other evidence we need to add to prove that our products are normal.

As previously mentioned, you can still provide documentation but as these decisions are final, we cannot guarantee a favorable response or outcome at this point. Was there anything that occurred during the video call? Was the account owner present? Were all documents required available during the call?
