Are Amazon Review Team Members BLIND?
After whole-week brand enrollment application, we are now in GTIN exemption process.
We have update all the images of all six sides. They said not, we should upload products itself instead of package.
Okay, we changed a product whose sides are thick enough in a photo. They declined "as submitted images do not meet all the required criteria.", without clear reason.
Okay, we changed a product again, whose branding is clear on the product. They declined again because "Branding isn't permanently affixed on the Product".
Fine, maybe the light let it look fake. I changed the product once again, the branding logo is PRINTED on the iron box, and I took the product (a set of cards) besides the box, and shot the pictures of every side.
REFUSED AGAIN!
• Images of all six sides of the packaging are not provided.
• Images do not show the branding permanently affixed on the packaging.
DO THEY HAVE THE KPI OF REJECTION, or ARE THEY BLIND?
(only 5 pictures are allowed to upload here, I actually submitted 6 pictures).

I did not clean my desk, because I wanted the review team to know the photos are real captured, not digital altered.

Don't come here in one year to complain that you have hijackers on your listing.... It looks like those are easily manufactured in any country.

IMHO Amazon is asking for images of the product tin -- with the cards inside the tin.....as if you were going to pick it up and put it in a box for shipping, or hand it to an in-person customer. And yes, having other items in the images isn't a bad thing. We often have a keyboard, mouse, pencils, etc in our photos to Amazon (but obviously not on product detail pages).

Hi there @Seller_CcAyXpvtIXp97
I just took a look into your case and can see that your GTIN exemption was approved! If I'm missing something here, please let me know!

I think I must be blind. I see PRODUCT not PACKAGING. If you sent these to me when I asked for packaging, I would not be able to approve you either.

Blind, incompetent, or both. It's bad here.
