On my best selling product, the AI review summary has picked out a single complaint from 2021 about the bottle quality. To support the bad rating, it lists 4 reviews - one that uses the same keyword "bottle" in completely different context, then throws in 3 other reviews that have NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with the bottle. To be fair, I did have to adjust the packaging to address the customer's issue, which was done in 2021.
All the other commented ratings for this product are 5 star in 2024 except for one 4 star and one 2 star. All the other low rating are from over a year ago or older. I have literally sold THOUSANDS of these products this year alone. Even though 68% of the ratings are 4 star or higher since 2017, this supposed "smart" review ONLY mentions that one complaint from 2021 and says everything else is a 'mixed' review.
WTH kind of AI is this anyway? On a mission to harpoon FBM sellers maybe?
