I've been trying for months to deactivate my Amazon Account because I'm not selling any products on your website and it's too pricey for me. I noticed I'm still being charged for Mexico, Canada & Brazil. I blocked my credit card so they will not be able to charge my card. Every time I try to Click the close account button, It says, "Your account is inactive. I need this account to be closed. I will be sending a copy of this email to my attorney.
An account cannot be closed unless it is in good standing. It appears your account is suspended. Downgrading to a personal account stops the monthly charges. Good luck with your "attorney"
