Read onlyHello,
I have been selling a brand product for over a year now and last month amazon told me that I need to submit order invoice of at least 100 units to provide proof of authenticity. I have been getting pallets of the product directly from a distributor and I have submitted multiple proofs and invoices of the order for the brand but my selling application keeps getting declined. I have submitted multiple selling applications and I keep getting declined and Amazon is not even giving proper reasoning to why my application is getting declined. They keep saying "We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell "brand" products. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review." even though it meets all the requirements they want for the invoice.
I have talked to multiple Amazon representatives over the phone and have cases open for this and one of the representatives who looked at what I submitted also said that my documentation meets all the requirements and should be passed but I am still getting declined. All the other Amazon representatives have told me to submit another selling application and tell me the same thing which keeps getting declined.
Please help me out here I have been getting very frustrated with this and I would love some help on what I can do regarding this.
Case is: 17431033361
Do not listen to what Amazon tells you with 100% accuracy. The invoice needs to number one be from a verifiable and legit supplier-with that said-the distributor you are using may be able to sell to you, but they are not authorized for you to sell on Amazon. Have you reached out to the brand for a LOA?
