i have apealed to amazon so many times that i don not have another account but it keeps sending me this mail please help me
There is already discussion on your other thread for the same issue. It's against forum guidelines to open multiple threads for the same topic, and also confusing for those trying to help.
Hello @Seller_yZ2FRBUBo46w5,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums. I hope all is well.
From the performance notification you have provided, I understand that your account is deactivated due to being linked to another account.
Per our amazon's multiple account policy, you can have one account per seller per region unless you have a legitimate business need for opening a second account. Even when permitted to have multiple selling accounts all must remain in good standing at all times. For any reason, if one account does become deactivated then all remaining and linked stores will become deactivated and remain so until the root of the issue is resolved.
Typically, these situation can occur due to a direct connection such personal or business information or details. Other situations can occur due to an indirect connection such as hiring a third party to help manage or run the account. Have you shared any information with a third party or gave a third party access to your account?
Have you submitted supporting documents or evidence that you are not related to the other account?
I understand that you do not recognize the other account that is related to your current account. One of the ways to reinstate your current account is to reinstate the other account if it is deactivated. Once the other account has been reinstated, you would go back to your current account and submit a short appeal stating that the other account has been reinstated. Our team will look into it and once they have determined the the other account has been reinstated, your current account will be reinstated. Do you know anybody who might own the other account?
@Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ, thank you for your input.
I see that you may have additional questions. For this reason, I am forwarding your information to the Account Health Support team for further investigation into this matter. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date so they may reach out to you.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to the forums team and the community here in this thread.
